How long will my order take to ship?
All orders ship within 5-14 days (excluding holiday times). Depending on your location, it can take 3-7 business days to arrive via USPS.

USPS products and packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts.
We process orders in timely manner, but once your order is in USPS's hands, we have no control over the delivery speed.
How long will it take for the item to arrive?
It will take 14-21 days delivery but expect significant delays with international shipments due to COVID-19.
Once the package leave the U.S., USPS will not provide any tracking number. DBS will not be responsible for late or missing packages.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, with the exception being candles. Thank you for your patience.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
Yes, additional customs and tax fees may occur on international orders and DBS cannot be held responsible.
Since this policy is different in each country, please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties & taxes to your purchases.
General Shipping Questions:
My candle arrived broken. What can I do?
Sometimes the journey the candles take can be very rough on them. If a candle arrives broken, please reach out with photos and we will send out a replacement ASAP.
I think my order may be lost. What do I do?
Just like our policy for broken candles, we will ship out a replacement should your order get lost. Sometimes things happen but we'll make sure we get you your order.
Do you do gift wrapping or special packaging?
We do not currently offer gift wrapping and special packaging. We are a husband and wife team, and will not offer this until we can add more team members. Thank you for understanding!
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been received, we cannot make any changes to your order.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. However, if the order arrives damaged during transit, please email us at email@example.com with photos of the damaged products. we would be happy to issue a replacement.
What is your exchange policy?
At this moment, we do not offer exchanges.
How do I best care for my candle?
Burn within sight. Keep away from flammable objects. Keep away from children and pets.
Trim wick to 1/4" each time after using (if wicks are too long, they can produce unwanted smoke and debris.). Keep candle free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings, Only burn the candle on a level, fire resistant surface. Do not burn candle for more than four hours at a time. Stop use when only 1/4" of wax remains.
Where do the store designs come from?
Everything in the DBS store has been designed by me (Stasia). Thank you for letting me share my designs with you, and thank you for supporting a small artist!
